Commentshow are gingo nuts used in cooking. I have many gingo trees which give many nuts, but do not know how to cook them. If you could help me I could send you 50 lb gingo nuts free, as I have about 300 lb. Danzo : I'm not sure gingo nut you means is gingko nut or not...if you have gingko tree and got it's nut, I will find out some recipes about these nut, such as, stir fry with white fungus, chickens or .... please give me some weeks of time...but you no need to send them to me, it costs high on posting ...^^ (2nd Feb.2001 from Danzo : I made one recipe about gingko nut but in a dessert style, please give me more time then I can find out others...8th Feb.2001 from Danzo : Yes, I made one vegetarian recipe about gingko nut......)
CommentsI am looking for a recipe for Black Bean Chicken (I don't know if that is the correct Asian name for the dish). It includes fried chicken pieces, a spicy dark sauce, small black beans, and whole green beans. Do you have any suggestions where I might find a recipe? Danzo : It's preserved beans with salt and some sauces...I try to get the recipe if your favorites sometimes served with a hot iron plate, with onion and green/red chili....give me some weeks..^^ (2nd Feb. 2001 from Danzo : yes, I did it , please visit to ~ chicken style 11...)
